Meet Teddy John 🧸🩵 The last two weeks have been pretty intense for our family, as I went into full blown labor at 34 weeks pregnant. We were able to stall labor for 8 days with hospital bedrest and such, but on October 12th at 2:39pm, our family became complete and we had the best birth experience we could possibly hope for. Theodore John (named after both of our dads) was born weighing 6 pounds 9 ounces and 19 inches long. He’s been a fighter from the start, has passed all his tests with flying colors and shocked us all by avoiding the NICU and coming home less than 2 days after he was born. 🙌🏼🥹😭 We’re so thankful for the support of friends + family these last few weeks as we worked so hard to get to this point. Here’s to our basketball team, it just got even louder around here but I wouldn’t change it for the world. 🤎

Our chicks have to be so glad the temps are (slowly) dropping. 🐓 We’ve now lost 4 chickens to the heat this year and we have 4 OG ladies and 9 “babies” left. So thankful this summer is coming to a close!

I spent literally 3 years tweaking our kitchen mockup every few months to get it where I want it. I’d say we pulled it together and this room is easily my fav in the whole house! Always inspired by @nmeyers kitchens and definitely a maximalist at heart! I hope my babes always feel home at this island. 🤎
